Atma Kriya Yoga: The Journey of Life


Sri Paramahamsa Vishwananda has given so many ways to reach the Divine. One of the ways to reach the Divine is through Atma Kriya Yoga.

Many of us have preconceived ideas of what Life should be like and how it should be lived. 

By practicing Atma Kriya Yoga, one starts to go within, one starts to focus on oneself and face emotions such as fear, anger, pain and suffering within oneself and transmute them into Love and love and acceptance of oneself. 

This is not an easy task but if one wants to experience the Divine and Divine Love that Sri Paramahamsa Vishwananda constantly talks about, then this process is necessary. 

Atma Kriya Yoga

How quickly this process can take place depends on how much and quickly we surrender to the Master. This also means that we should practice our Atma Kriya Yoga daily with Love and not expect results.

How much lighter we feel after each Atma Kriya practice knowing that Our Masters Sri Paramahamsa Viahwananda and Sri Mahavatar Babaji is taking care of us and helping us each step of the way through Life. 

And so the journey of Life begins.... with Atma Kriya Yoga.
