'The easiest way to control the mind is to do japa. Chant the Name of God continuously, not only when you are sitting, when you are doing your sadhana, but throughout the day. This helps you put God first. This helps you remember God, even during your daily activities.'🙏🕉

Mahavatar Babaji - Atma Kriya Yoga - Bhakti Marga Sadhana

'Mahavatar Babaji said that by merely chanting His Name three times, He will be present. Whether you see Him or not, whether you feel Him or not, He is there. It’s like that, with all the Divine Names that you chant: the Divine, in that form, is present next to you.'🙏🏻☘️

Japa Walk - Mantra - Mala - Bhakti Marga Sadhana

Did you know ‘Japa Walk’ means to bring prayer into movement?🙏🏻🤔

There is no moment when we cannot pray. Chanting a mantra, remembering and thinking about God, is always possible. It is a union inside ourselves.
Our minds, which are easily stuck on outside objects and identities, bring disturbances and disconnections within our true selves.

A japa walk is a beautiful exercise to bring the inner repetition of the mantra into the movement of the body and hence into the outside world. We learn how to meditate consciously while walking and bringing the mantra OM Namo Narayanaya into every step we take.

By expanding our meditation through our body and movement into the world, we experience a different connection and harmony with our environment. The Divine is the thread that connects all existence. A japa walk allows us to be guided by the Divine every step of the way. We learn to perceive, and to trust in God's presence💜 (Original Post)

Atma Kriya Yoga - Meditation - Pranayama - Bhakti Marga Sadhana

'When one is doing one’s sadhana through pranayama, when one is doing Atma Kriya Yoga, when one is trying one’s best to control the senses, when what one receives as knowledge is given to help other people, and not just for oneself; when one uses the body to serve others, this is called sacrifice. God also said, “It is through this – through you – that I am acting in this world.” Realise that!'💙🌸

Om Namo Narayanaya - Mantra - Mala - Japa - Project Mantra - Bhakti Marga Sadhana

'Bhakti is not just to sit down and do your prayer in the morning. Or you take your mala and do sixteen rounds of japa and then finish. Bhakti has to be life itself! In each moment, in each breath, you have to be in the remembrance of the Lord. Then your Atma can be fully satisfied. That’s why it is said that when each breath is transformed into the Divine Name, and each beat of your heart vibrates and beats with the Name of the Lord, then one attains self-satisfaction.'🌷💖
