Today we celebrate the appearance of Paramhamasa Vishwananda - a realised master and incarnation of Divine Love. Each day He lives out His mission to ‘open the hears of mankind’ to divine love. Through experience, personal teachings, and practices He takes each person who comes to Him under His careful and devoted care to guide them to experience their own unique love-relationship with the Divine.
He has made these teachings, many of which have been secret for centuries, easy and accessible on an unprecedented scale. In the past few months, when He hosted daily Japa with the Master, the sadhana office would get quiet and we’d tune in with everyone else all around the world to chant with Him. There was something heavy in the air; something that whispered this was history in the making. He continues to chant with the world and provide His teachings online every Tuesday and Thursday with Connecting with the Divine.
As a Kriya Master, He has granted the grace of access to God Himself through the Shaktipat initiation of Atma Kriya Yoga. When the International Sadhana team discusses this fact, we know that we will never understand or adequately appreciate this gift. He gives it willingly and openly nonetheless. It’s clear through his selfless actions, that he does so much to give possibilities for people to walk their path to divine unconditional love.
Unmistakingly, he makes the path available to everyone. He invites the whole world to join the path of love, of Bhakti Marga, the path of devotion. He has so far inspired thousands in their aim to realise their true relationship with God. In an effort to reach more people and support them in their path, he travels all around the world sharing his wisdom and love of God. He knows that every person has a unique path to rediscover this ultimate love and is willing to help them find that within. Paramahamsa Vishwananda reminds us of our Divine origin and awakens the awareness of God in all things.
When we think about what we could possibly give Him on His appearance day, we are at a loss. What do you give someone who has everything? What do you give someone who is giving you Love itself? Maybe the only answer is to share Him. If Love is to be shared, then He is to be shared.
On this day of celebration, we encourage you to slip into your meditation with gratitude, to meditate on all that He has given you, and all the ways you can share Him. We would love to hear your stories of gratitude and celebration. Post them on your social media and tag us in it so we can celebrate and share Him with you.
